Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Angel Bail Bonds, owned and operated by Karri McBride ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), located in Stillwater, Oklahoma. By accessing our website at stillwaterokbailbonds.com or using any of our bail bond services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access the website or use our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Description of Services

Angel Bail Bonds provides bail bond services in the State of Oklahoma, including but not limited to:

• Surety bail bonds for felony and misdemeanor charges
• DUI/DWI bail bonds
• Domestic violence bail bonds
• Drug charge bail bonds
• Outstanding warrant bail bonds
• Juvenile bail bonds
• 24/7 emergency bail bond assistance

Our services are available across Payne County, Pawnee County, Lincoln County, Kay County, and Noble County in Oklahoma. All bail bond services are subject to applicable Oklahoma state laws, regulations of the Oklahoma Insurance Department, and the terms of individual bail bond agreements.

Bail Bond Agreement Terms

When you enter into a bail bond agreement with Angel Bail Bonds, you agree to the following:

• You will provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all applications and documents
• The defendant will appear at all required court dates and comply with all conditions set by the court
• You will notify Angel Bail Bonds immediately of any changes in the defendant's address, phone number, employment, or any other material changes
• You will cooperate fully with Angel Bail Bonds in locating and surrendering the defendant if necessary
• The specific terms of your individual bail bond contract will govern your obligations and supersede any general terms stated here where there is a conflict

The bail bond agreement is a binding legal contract. All parties to the agreement are strongly encouraged to read all documents carefully and ask questions before signing. Angel Bail Bonds is happy to explain any terms or conditions.

Premium and Non-Refundability

The premium you pay for a bail bond is the fee for the bail bond service itself -- it is not a deposit and it is not applied toward fines, court costs, or the total bail amount. The premium is set in accordance with Oklahoma state regulations.

Any payment plans or installment agreements for the premium must be honored in full according to the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in additional fees, surrender of the defendant, and/or legal action to recover the balance owed.

Co-Signer (Indemnitor) Responsibilities

If you co-sign (act as an indemnitor) on a bail bond, you accept significant financial and legal responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Financial Liability: You are financially responsible for the full face amount of the bail bond if the defendant fails to appear in court or otherwise violates the conditions of the bond
• Premium Payment: You are responsible for ensuring the bail bond premium is paid in full, including any agreed-upon installment payments
• Defendant Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring the defendant attends all court appearances and complies with all bond conditions
• Communication: You must inform Angel Bail Bonds immediately if the defendant changes address, employment, or phone number, or if you believe the defendant may fail to appear
• Surrender Rights: You have the right to request the surrender of the defendant to the court at any time if you believe the defendant will fail to meet their obligations, which may limit your financial exposure
• Recovery Costs: If the defendant fails to appear and must be located and returned to custody, you may be responsible for all costs associated with the recovery, including but not limited to fugitive recovery agent fees, travel expenses, and legal costs

Co-signing a bail bond is a serious financial commitment. We encourage all co-signers to fully understand their obligations before entering into a bail bond agreement.

Collateral Terms

Angel Bail Bonds may require collateral to secure a bail bond. Collateral may include, but is not limited to:

• Real property (real estate, land)
• Vehicle titles
• Jewelry or other valuables
• Bank accounts or other financial instruments
• Other assets of value as agreed upon

Collateral will be held by Angel Bail Bonds until the bail bond obligation is fully discharged, which occurs when the defendant's case is resolved and all court appearances have been made, or when the bond is exonerated by the court.

If the defendant fails to appear in court and the bond is forfeited, Angel Bail Bonds may liquidate collateral to satisfy the bond obligation and any associated costs. Any excess proceeds from the liquidation of collateral will be returned to the party who pledged the collateral, minus all fees and expenses incurred.

Failure to Appear Consequences

If the defendant fails to appear in court as required, the following consequences may apply:

• The court will issue a bench warrant for the defendant's arrest
• The bail bond may be forfeited, making the co-signer and/or defendant liable for the full bail amount
• Additional criminal charges may be filed against the defendant for failure to appear
• Angel Bail Bonds may employ a fugitive recovery agent (bounty hunter) to locate and return the defendant to custody
• The co-signer will be responsible for all costs associated with the recovery of the defendant
• Collateral may be seized and liquidated to cover the bond forfeiture and recovery expenses
• Legal action may be initiated against the co-signer and/or defendant to recover any remaining amounts owed

Angel Bail Bonds will make reasonable efforts to contact the defendant and co-signer before taking any forfeiture-related action, as permitted by Oklahoma law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Angel Bail Bonds, Karri McBride, and their respective officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of our services; (b) any breach of these Terms or the bail bond agreement; (c) the defendant's failure to appear in court or comply with bond conditions; (d) any inaccurate or misleading information you provide; or (e) any violation of applicable law by you or the defendant.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Oklahoma law, Angel Bail Bonds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or website, regardless of the theory of liability.

Angel Bail Bonds does not guarantee the release of any defendant from custody. Release times depend on jail processing procedures, court availability, and other factors outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by court schedules, jail operations, or other governmental processes.

Our website and its contents are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. All bail bond services provided by Angel Bail Bonds are subject to regulation by the Oklahoma Insurance Department and applicable Oklahoma statutes governing bail bondsmen.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Payne County, Oklahoma. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.

Website Use

By using our website, you agree to the following:

• You will not use the website for any unlawful purpose
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website or its systems
• You will not use the website to transmit any malicious software, spam, or harmful content

Severability

The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any individual bail bond agreement you sign, constitute the entire agreement between you and Angel Bail Bonds. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed bail bond agreement, the signed bail bond agreement shall control. No waiver of any term or condition shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
